Harperprints, Inc. was founded in July of 1974 in a 1,600 square foot upstairs location in downtown Henderson, NC by Mike and Lynn Harper. Primary equipment consisted of a process camera, a platemaker, 2 small duplicator presses, a folder and a hand-operated cutter. Mike was the only employee for the first 8 months.
Since that time, Harperprints has grown to a company of over 100 full-time, highly-skilled and motivated individuals producing over $12,000,000 of sales a year. Capabilities now include everything from diskette duplication to worldwide drop shipping of completed projects. Our services include:

Over the years we established a reputation as the quality leader in the region. We offer innovative ideas and problem solving for any graphic communications needs. We service both advertising agencies and large corporate clients.
Since our inception we have won hundreds of awards for both management and production performance. In 1987 we were the second company inducted into the National Association of Printers and Lithographers Management Plus Hall of Fame. And in 1993, we took home not only the most awards, but also the most First Place awards as well as the Best of Show award in the Printing Industry of the Carolinas annual competition.
Our focus has always been to use our collective creative energies to provide targeted solutions to our customers for a wide range of graphic communications needs. As a result, we have developed many techniques and processes over the years.
As we head into the future, we are convinced that our expertise gathered in 30 years of leadership in the graphic arts industry is our most valuable asset. We have found that when this expertise is applied to the particular needs of specific clients, we can offer customized solutions that are the most appropriate for them. So while our history has been rich in introductions that served the industry, our future will be rich in ideas that serve selected customers.
